Aurora construction
The Aurora Panel system consists of a range of louvres fixed between flat aluminium side arms with stainless steel fixings. The panels can
be fixed with brackets direct to structural steelwork, to brickwork using
chemical anchors, or to the curtain walling facade system. Brackets
are normally manufactured in mild steel or aluminium and powder
coated where necessary to match either the colour of the louvres or
the fixing grounds.

Panel width
Maximum panel width is generally 3000mm subject to louvre
size and angle of blades
Finishes
Aurora systems can be anodised to AA25, powder coated to any RAL colour or specialist finish such as PVF2

All tie rods are manufactured from a 32mm x 6.35mm aluminium tube to provide adequate strength in high winds or great snow loads. Threaded rod in between allows for adjustment so the panels remain level.

Special features
The aurora panels system is delivered to site as ready assembled panels which
greatly reduce the fixing period required on site. The side arms can be shaped to
suit almost any application with a wide range of louvres and front rail options available.
